These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Voyalist ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Voyalist grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This app is licensed, not sold, to you.
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict, the Standard EULA applies to the app as a "Licensed Application."
Voyalist is free to use, and the free version shows advertising. Voyalist Pro removes the advertising, lifts the limit of two active trips, and unlocks group packing, where everyone on the trip is listed and each shared item is assigned to one of them. Voyalist Pro is offered as:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store account settings after purchase. Prices may vary by region.
The free version of the app shows advertising delivered by the Google Mobile Ads SDK: a banner below the tab bar and an occasional full screen advertisement after a packing list has been finished. Before any advertisement loads, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform form and through the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you may withdraw that consent at any time in Settings under "Privacy & data". Buying Voyalist Pro removes the advertising. What is processed for it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The marketing pages of this website use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it sets no identifier and builds no profile across sites. It counts page views and clicks on the App Store button, together with the place the button occupies on the page and the path of the page. There is no evaluation of individual persons and nothing from it is passed on to third parties. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, whose privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. This page does not load the measurement script.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The packing suggestions are guidance only, and you are responsible for what you ultimately pack and bring.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything you may forget to pack.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
